CHEDZA INTERNATIONAL LOSS ADJUSTERS
WHO WE ARE
Chedza is a Tshivenda word meaning “light”. Our logo depicts a lighthouse standing firmly and as an unshaken edifice on the African continent, casting light into the world around it.
Chedza remains the leading provider of professional loss adjusting, claims administration, business/legal process outsourcing and related ancillary services in South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
Chedza is a proudly South African company, a B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor, 100 % black owned with 59.8 % of the shareholding being held by black women. Our geographical footprint and new, innovative market leading initiatives serve the best interests of the insurance industry, locally and internationally.
Our company has traditionally traded under the Crawford International banner in South Africa.
From 2006 we slowly forged our own true African identity and in 2014, Chedza acquired 100% shareholding in the South African trading entity.
The result is a South African owned and managed company with a link into the world beyond through Association Agreements with Crawford International and other leading partners in the international insurance industry.
Our experience is undoubtable and dependability well proven.
We have a national footprint with offices in Johannesburg, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town as well as representation in 44 Sub-Saharan African countries.
In 2022 we proudly launch a new identity: truly, unapologetically and unmistakably African.
